I’m Misty Matlock, and I am the owner and artist of Ivy Ink Tattoo and Body Art. I was born and raised on the east side of Houston, TX, and have been tattooing and doing full body piercings and body modifications in this area for 15 years.

I don’t limit myself to just one style of art: black and gray, tiny tattoos, script, watercolor, and my favorite, anything in neo traditional. I take extreme pride in the cleanliness of my workspace and the aftercare of all of the work I do.

The passion I have for art and the way I’ve gotten to express myself with it, is what led me into tattooing. There is power in the visual story telling you take home with you. I strive to create pieces that are expressive and exactly what you have envisioned, including artwork that carries personal meaning for my clients.
