What types of services does Excellence Salon offer?
Excellence Salon offers a wide range of beauty services including hair styling, hair coloring, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, lash extensions and microblading. We invite you to explore our 'Services' page for the full menu of what we offer in our Baytown salon.

Do I need to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
While walk-ins are always welcome at Excellence Salon, we do recommend that you make an appointment to avoid a wait and ensure that we can accommodate you with your preferred services and stylist.

Do I need to confirm my appointment?
For those clients who have cell phones, we do text confirmations. To confirm your appointment, you must reply to the automated text with the letter “C” to successfully confirm your appointment or call the salon. Confirmations are sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We will, from now on, be expecting clients with cell phone numbers on file to confirm their appointments through text. If you have a home number only, we will call you to confirm your appointment. All unconfirmed appointments will be automatically canceled within the last hour of the day before your scheduled appointment due to an extensive wait list.
Do I need to provide a deposit?
If you are asked to leave a deposit for any service, the deposit can be used towards a service of equal or greater value, within a month. The deposit will expire after a month of the transaction. All deposits are non-refundable, but will be used towards your scheduled service. In the event that said service is considered a “no-show”, the deposit will be used as payment for the missed appointment and the client will be required to make an additional deposit for any future appointments.

Can I bring my kids to my appointment?
Children are asked to remain quiet and well-behaved during their visit to the salon. The child must be in the company of their parent or guardian, while at Excellence. If services are being overly disrupted by a child, we will politely end the service and reserve the right to charge full price.

What is the cancellation policy?
We require a 24 hour notice, prior to your scheduled appointment, to cancel or reschedule. No shows or anyone with a habit to cancel on the same day of their appointment, may be subject to pay a non-refundable deposit upon making your next appointment. If payment is refused, the client must be a walk-in client, from then on.
